Shipping Information

How do I track my order online?

iGolfEvents.com will send you an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as it is available. You can also simply enter your shipping address postal code and order number below and click on the “Submit” button. We will then send you the current order status, whether you placed it on the web or with one of our customer care representatives. This information is available 24 hours a day. You can also call our customer care at 800.514.3222 or info@igolfevents.com to check the status of an order or if have any additional questions about the status of your order.

For online order tracking once your package has shipped, visit our home page and click the “Order Status” button located in the upper right-hand corner. Insert your shipping postal code and order number to receive your tracking information. For items shipped the current day, please allow 12 hours for tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier. Please call if you’ve ordered by phone and did not receive an Internet order number or confirmation number from your customer care representative.

When will I get my shipment?

Orders are planned according to your event’s “In Hands” date. We always do everything possible to get you your order one week prior to the event date. This is not always possible if we do not have all the information needed to complete the order and ship it. You will receive an e-mail after the order has been sent with the appropriate tracking number.

Processing Time: Our customer care department will thoroughly review your order to ensure its accurate. For logoed merchandise, we require a signed approval from you on our sales order confirmation. Our credit department will also authorize the valid payment information, and for security reasons, we might require a voice approval on a credit card transaction. As the items ordered become available, we will ship via the “Best” method from their place of origin. If an order item is out of stock, we will contact you directly to determine best alternatives. Once everything has been approved, we will authorize shipping to send the goods.

Transit Time: Ground: 1-8 business days. UPS Blue 2-3 business days. UPS Red: next business day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. For example, if we ship an order on Monday by 2-day business, it will arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date. You do not count the day you ship as a business day.

Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time begins after we conclude the product approval process and you have signed the sales order confirmation as approved. Total shipping time is based on the amount of time it takes to get the final payment authorized and approved, package the goods, and transmit the order from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 14 days from final approval.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on most orders over $750.00. Certain bulk items do not qualify for free shipping programs. Hawaii, Alaska, and overseas do not qualify for free shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Our customer care department calculates shipping costs based on the shipping weight of your order and the type of shipping service required to get your package(s) to you on time for the tournament. This can mean ground (if we have everything needed to ship via ground) or expedited freight (if the order needs to be rushed to meet your schedule). We always do everything possible to minimize shipping charges so you can avoid paying extra fees for rush services. If an item is back ordered that would have shipped at no added charge originally, we will ship freight free. If the item would have incurred added shipping expenses either way, we add shipping charges.

Where are orders shipped from?

To bring you the best selection of tournament gifts ,we have relationships with 100s of golf product suppliers. To minimize shipping expenses, most orders are drop shipped directly from our suppliers to you.

What shipping methods are available?

UPS is our primary carrier for most items. Should you require faster service, UPS Blue or UPS Red is available at extra cost. Smaller items may ship DHL on international orders. In some cases, our suppliers may use a different carrier when they drop ship your order for us. A tracking will be e-mailed to you when your order has been shipped.

Do I have to sign for my package?

Yes! For security reasons, all shipments require a signature at the receiving location.

Do you back order?

Because we do fill single orders through multiple suppliers, we partially ship orders regularly. This does not reflect an out-of stock-situation; we are simply saving you added shipping expense. If something you order is on back order, we will contact you immediately to remedy the situation in the best way to satisfy your needs. Shipping charges do apply if we drop ship from multiple supplier locations. We will not cancel an order prior to your approving the cancellation. We will confirm with you all cancellations.

Payment Information

What is your return policy?

Personalized and embroidered items have a non-return policy, unless it is due to our error. We want to try to avoid all problem possibilities prior to shipping by communicating with you to be sure we ship you the right amount of the right product at the right time. In certain cases, where it appears we are at fault or have erred, we will provide return authorization numbers on any incorrect, damaged, or defective items returned within 14 days of delivery, less shipping and handling charges. Please do not return anything without first contacting us about your problem and getting a return authorization number from us. Orders returned after 14 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns are required to be in a new or unused condition. Sales of close out and special items may have a non-return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Master Card. Credit card payments will be processed when your order is placed. Orders can be cancelled if payment has not been made or if we have not personalized the product yet. We require a minimum non-refundable down payment on all customized orders, prior to creating the customized product.

We also accept checks and money orders but will not begin production on customized orders prior to confirming payment security.

Can I cancel my order?

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun the customization process.

Non-logoed orders can be cancelled free of charge if it has not yet been shipped by our supplier. Non-customized orders that have been shipped are subject to our return policy. If you need to cancel a non-customized order and it has already been shipped, you need to accept the package and then contact us for an return authorization number. Return shipping charges will be at customer expense. If a package is refused at delivery, the customer is required to pay shipping both ways.

Is my order subject to sales tax?

Only orders that are shipped to addresses in California are subject to California state sales tax. Sales tax is charged on the product purchases and not on the shipping and handling. Products purchased in the state of California for resale purposes are not subject to sales tax once you have provided InterActive Golf with a California Resale Certificate and Seller Permit Copy.

What happens if my order is out of stock?

Our company reputation has been built on finding the best products to fit your needs. Still, even the best brands run out of merchandise and fail to let us know prior to orders being received. If we do experience a back order where a ship date is in question, we will contact you to discuss the issue and come up with the best remedy.

Will you match a lower price?

Our price match guarantee is this: Within 30 days of purchase, we will usually match any price found for the same quantity purchased on the same item at another store. Simply fill out our price match form so we can verify the price. We will verify the price and either: (1) update our price to match or beat the competitor price or (2) mail you a refund check. You will be notified by e-mail after we review your request.

After I have placed my order, can I check the status on it?

If an order has been shipped, we will e-mail you tracking information so you can exercise all your own tracking options. For items shipped in the current day, please allow 12 hours for tracking information to be updated by shipping carrier. Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

During the check-out process, you will be given the option to enter your shipping address separate from your billing address. This provides you the ability to bill on a personal card and ship to another address such as your work address. These orders will be further scrutinized to divert fraudulent activity. PayPal is the preferred billing method for drop-ship orders to different ship to addresses, as well as international orders. Shipments sent to an address other than the credit card billing address are carefully reviewed and usually require additional information prior to shipping.

How can I get a sample of a product to see if I want to buy it for my tournament?

InterActive Golf would be happy to ship you a sample of an item for you to evaluate as a gift option for your tournament. We offer all samples at a 30% discount plus shipping charges. Samples cannot be returned, but we will credit the amount billed less shipping charges on all orders. For example, if we send you a sample of a shirt at 30% off ($18.00) and you eventually buy 24 pieces for your event, we will credit the amount you paid for the sample ($18) towards the event order invoice.

How do I find a product by its category?

You can browse through our database by clicking on the category buttons at the top left side of each page. These category buttons will guide you through our offerings in that specific category group.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?

You can add items to your shopping cart either by using our search engine to find the items that you wish to purchase or by browsing through our categories. Once you find an item you’d like to buy, simply select the “Add to Cart” button closest to the item you are interested in to add it to your shopping cart. At this point ,you can change the quantity of items you’d like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out.

How do I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?

You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by changing the quantity to zero and selecting the “Update Cart” button.

How do I do more complicated searches?

Our entire product database can be searched online by typing in keywords found in product names or descriptions. You can search for general terms (like “shoes” or “towels”) or type in specific brand names or item numbers. Searches can use the words “and” and “or” for more complicated searches.

How secure are your online transactions?

All orders and transactions involving the release of personal information are encrypted using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology. Encryption is a process by which we use software to scramble your credit card number and personal information so that they’re unreadable by anyone else. We are so confident in our security systems that we can provide our Website Security Guarantee that provides coverage against unauthorized charges on your credit card due to our online security negligence. In the unlikely event that your credit card company holds you liable for any unauthorized charges to your account resulting from your online purchases from our site, we will cover your liability up to $250.00.

In the highly unlikely event that you discover unauthorized charges on your credit cards within 45 days of your purchase on our website, here’s how to file your claim: Promptly contact your credit card company and report the unauthorized charges. You should ask to speak to a representative of the credit card company’s fraud department. They can inform you of the company’s fraud claim process and determine whether or not to charge you a personal liability fee (normally $50).

If your credit card company : (a) determines that the charges were fraudulent resulting from your online purchase with InterActive Golf and (b) holds you liable for any of the unauthorized charges, contact us immediately. In general, under U.S. Federal law, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable, we will pay the entire amount for you, up to the full $250.00 as long as

  • You have notified your credit card company in accordance with their reporting procedures.
  • The unauthorized use of you credit card resulted from no cause of you own.
  • The loss resulted directly from purchases made on this site while using our secure server.

In addition, if fraud is the result of a problem with our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection, our certificate issuer will cover up to $2,500.00.
